Senior Manager - Labor, Employee Relations

We are looking for a Senior Manager to make an immediate impact and perform management of labor and employee relations, manage the training and development of employee and staff, perform negotiations of labor contract negotiations, and other related duties

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have 10+ years employee and labor relations, labor contract negotiations and labor regulations, and corporate experience
Candidates must have Bachelors Degree, and an MBA or JD in a related degree
