Corporate Legal Counsel - Pharmaceutical Industry

We have an opportunity for a Corporate Legal Counsel to make an immediate impact and perform preparation and analysis of corporate contracts, deal with compliance issues, make legal recommendations and advice, review licensing and vendor contracts, review marketing and advertisements for compliance, and other related duties

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have 8+ years corporate legal counsel and pharma corporate industry, pharma compliance and regulations experience
Candidates must have a JD and NJ State Bar Admission
